Booking Terms
Payment schedule, cancellation policy, and stay terms for guests booking the cabin or studio directly with us. Bookings made through Airbnb follow Airbnb's policies.
How Payment Works
Submit request
Use the booking form on our site with your dates and guest count.
We confirm
We reply via email within 24 hours to confirm availability.
Pay 50% deposit
Deposit secures your dates. Payment link sent in our confirmation.
Pay balance
Remaining 50% is due 60 days before check-in.
Same nightly rate as the Airbnb listing — without the platform's guest service fee. Payment is handled via a secure payment link sent in our confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Security Deposit
A $500 refundable deposit is due at booking and returned within 5–10 business days after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning are required.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, illness, travel delays, road closures, or other events outside our control. Our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Cabin
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Maximum guests: 8
- Pets: Not allowed (service animals welcome — please notify before booking)
- Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the property
- Events / parties: Not permitted without prior written approval
Studio
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Maximum guests: 2
- Pets: Not allowed (service animals welcome — please notify before booking)
- Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the property
- Events / parties: Not permitted without prior written approval
